About
Higher School for Business Administration (ESGAE), founded in 1993, is a private higher education institution dedicated to training high-level managers and conducting research in management sciences. With approximately 2,200 students and a committed faculty and administrative staff, ESGAE offers programs from foundational to doctoral levels—including business administration, finance, human resources, and strategic management. Its research focuses on governance, organizational innovation, sustainable management, and economic development. The school features modern facilities, a structured academic progression, and active global partnerships—such as a 2024 framework agreement with the University of Libreville—to enhance capacity building, joint research, and academic exchange.
