The Andrei Saguna University of Constanta (UAS) is the first private, non-profit higher education institution established in the South-East of the country Romania. It is committed to academic excellence, international partnerships and the strengthening of collaborative relations in the European and Balkan region, thus contributing to the progress of education, culture and society as a whole.
