IBN Haldun University (IHU), founded in 2018, is a private university based in Istanbul, Turkey. The university houses 357 full-time staff and 2367 students in 12 different departments across six faculties, including School of Education, School of Law, School of Communication, School of Islamic Studies, School of Humanities and Social Sciences, and School of Business. IHU offers several graduate programs, 27 Master's, and 11 PhDprograms in various fields. The university aims to be a social science research university that pioneers the field and produces authentic knowledge.
A core objective of IHU is to benefit society with its research and diverging from a solely academic focus. The university aims to prepare its students and society for today and the future. By addressing contemporary social challenges and focusing on ''the human being, society, and the future'', IHU strives to contribute innovative solutions to societal issues and the common good
