TRU Awarded for its Overall Sustainability

Thompson Rivers University (TRU) has been awarded two times with Platinum Stars from the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education (AASHE) Sustainability Tracking, Assessment and Rating System (STARS). The AASHE STARS measure sustainability overall, in all aspects of education at the university. 

This awarding makes TRU the first, as well as one of two Canadian and one of 12 universities globally to achieve a two-times STARS Platinum award. Receiving this rating underpins TRU's commitment to sustainability.
