Joined Workshop on Sports Nutrition & Sustainable Health

On October 16, 2025, Tishk International University (TIU) and Hawler Medical University (HMU) jointly hosted a workshop titled “Sports Nutrition & Sustainable Health” in celebration of World Food Day. The event brought together academic leaders, health professionals, and students to promote nutrition education, sustainable health practices, and public health awareness. 

Organized by TIU’s Nutrition and Dietetics Department and HMU’s College of Health Sciences, the workshop advanced SDG 3 (Good Health and Well‑Being), SDG 4 (Quality Education), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals). It highlighted inter-institutional collaboration, strengthened regional health education, and supported sustainable health initiatives.
