ICEOE 2025: UTH Connecting Global Intelligence for the Future of the Ocean

Against the backdrop of accelerating climate change and marine resource degradation worldwide, on November 26, 2025 the 8th International Conference on Environment and Ocean Engineering (ICEOE 2025) officially opened at the University of Transport Ho Chi Minh City (UTH). The event gathered more than 200 delegates and many leading scientists from around the world, marking Vietnam’s effort to promote broad and sustainable cooperation in ocean research.
