DIGI UAS – Digital Transformation of Andrei Saguna University

The Andrei Șaguna University of Constanța is implementing the DIGI UAS project to drive its digital transformation through the National Plan for Recovery and Resilience. The initiative modernizes research infrastructure, digitalizes university processes, updates curricula with digital competencies, and trains students and staff in innovative digital skills. By expanding access to digital tools and flexible learning, it promotes inclusion—especially for disadvantaged or remote learners—while enhancing operational sustainability through resource efficiency, reduced barriers, and new opportunities to support equitable local development.

The project objectives are:
Ob.1. Creation of an innovative business center and entrepreneurial incubator
Ob.2. Digitization of processes in the university
Ob.3. Updating curricula by including digital skills and introducing innovative digital teaching and learning methods
Ob.4. Modernization and digitization of research infrastructure
Ob.5. Development of a digital competence training programme for students and teachers
