UNESCO Transforming Education Summit + 4 Stocktake

The UNESCO event “Accelerating Progress Towards SDG4: Stocktake of Transformative Actions in Education” brought together global education leaders to review progress made since the 2022 Transforming Education Summit and identify actions needed to advance quality education worldwide. Held on 17 June 2024 at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris (08:30–18:30 CET), the event featured high-level dialogues on education financing, digital learning, greening education, gender equality, and crisis response. Convened by the SDG4 High-Level Steering Committee, the meeting also launched new monitoring tools and reports to strengthen accountability, collaboration, and momentum toward achieving SDG4 by 2030.
