On 10 June, the European Women Rectors Association hosts its 2026 annual conference. The conference brings together female rectors and high-level stake-holders and offers a platform to discuss and reflect on women leaders in higher education in times of geopolitical tensions. Through several sessions with esteemed speakers, participants will hear about strategies for leadership, the role of university in protecting and promoting democracy, academic values, gender-inclusive approaches, and AI in academia.
