Sustainability Academic Network (SUSAN) and Resource Hub
The Sustainability Academic Network (SUSAN) brings together students, researchers, institutions, and organizations committed to advancing sustainability. Designed as a collaborative platform, SUSAN enables users to post and access a wide range of resources including datasets, academic papers, conferences, job opportunities, local events, and funding calls.
Resources on SUSAN are organized by thematic areas such as renewable energy, circular economies, sustainable mining, and more—encouraging interdisciplinary collaboration and actionable knowledge exchange. By fostering an open and connected sustainability community, SUSAN empowers users to contribute to solutions for climate resilience and systemic change.
SUSANhub is a free, global platform—think of it as the LinkedIn of sustainability. It connects researchers, educators, students, and professionals working across 65 sustainability themes. The platform is designed to enable crowdsourced sharing of opportunities, events, datasets, and collaboration needs—making it easy to discover and engage with others across institutions and disciplines. SUSANhub supports visibility, resource exchange, and interdisciplinary cooperation, all in one open-access space built by and for the global sustainability community.
