Irène Curie Program

The Irène Curie Program aims to accelerate gender equity in STEM by supporting talented female academics in achieving leadership roles. It offers a five-year development track position (or senior position for qualified candidates), a substantial start-up package, and dedicated mentorship. Participants are empowered to build independent research lines, contribute to departmental teaching, and access leadership and teaching training. The program includes dual-career support, flexible work arrangements, and family-friendly facilities. Applications are welcome from all individuals who self-identify as female.
