The American University of Kurdistan (AUK), established in 2014, is a non-profit public university in Duhok dedicated to preparing future leaders through a high-quality American-style liberal arts education. With around 940 students and approximately 100 academic staff, AUK offers programs through its College of Engineering, College of Business, College of Arts & Sciences, and College of Nursing, emphasizing transformative knowledge, innovation, and ethical community service.
