ISCN elects University of Gothenburg's sustainability officer into advisory committe

The University of Gothenburg’s sustainability officer Eddi Omrcen has been elected into the advisory committee of the International Sustainable Campus Network, ISCN.

Context

ISCN is a non-profit association of globally leading colleges and universities representing over 20 countries and working together, by sharing experiences and ideas, to integrate sustainability into campus operations, research and teaching.

The members of the advisory committee are elected by the ISCN member universities and tasked with supporting the board of the network for a period of two years. The advisory committee includes representatives from Harvard University, University of Hong Kong, Yale University and University of Luxembourg.

‘It’s an exciting assignment in an exciting forum. I look forward to exchanging experiences and contributing to the fulfilment of the network’s vision together with representatives from so many different and highly ranked universities,’ says Omrcen.
