This research would focus on the setting up and management of enterprises with minimal negative impact on the global or local environment, community, society, or economy;a business that strives to meet the triple bottom line. The areas to concentration include energy; water sustainability, resource management, transportation, healthy work environment, communications; outreach as well as community stewardship, sustainable public procurement, sustainable consumption and production. etc; Greater emphasis is also placed on research projects aimed at promoting a green economy for the e-waste value chain in Ghana by creating income generating opportunities and reducing environmental degradation through improved resource recovery and waste prevention and management.
